• Work changes us. Let's work together!

Your job is changing you and challenging you in ways that you like and ways you are finding difficult- maybe even impossible.

You know that these changes and challenges are a part of the bigger changes happening around the world. Changes that are needed.

You are up to the task of changing; and change is hard. Let’s titrate some of that pressure you’re (putting yourself) under. I offer

    -one on one support

    -group work

    -course learning

-on site consultation, facilitation, planning, skill building and evaluation

  • Am I a good fit?

-You work in a profession, job or volunteer opportunity where a part or all of you role involves reducing another person’s suffering.

-You encounter suffering as a part of your daily work experience; whether or not healing, helping, or problem solving with the public is in your job description.

-You are curious about organisational structure, communication, and change management, and how these matters impact on your workplaces’ outcomes.

  • Is this Therapy?

I am not a therapist, and I don’t consider this therapy. You might appreciate this for any of the following reasons:

-Your discomfort is about structural injustice, and whether you are making a difference.

-You have unhelpful habits/ways of thinking that have to do with identity. You have a sense that these habits are getting in the way of doing better, but don’t know how to shift.

-You have few or no sounding boards that allow you to investigate and grow in the places you want to give attention.

-You’ve experienced, and appreciate therapy. Still, something is needed.

-You want to consider these questions with others who have direct workplace experience.

-You want to see particular results and are action oriented in ways that are beyond what’s available from therapy.

I’ve pursued formal therapy in many modalities from people I respect. Yet, when it came to considering structural oppression and my participation, these professionals were unable to stretch to meet my deep seated concerns. I’ve found that working in community with others has been very effective, and have 10 years of experience developing and guiding groups towards accountability, growth, and change.
